End User License Agreement

Licensed software

All components accompanying the software are copyrighted by Mans Greback AB and may not be taken apart, modified, used or published with other software or means and may not be distributed or copied in any manner. Any liability of Mans Greback AB will be limited exclusively to refund of purchase price.

This Agreement constitutes the entire statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.

The fonts, all of its derivatives, title and accompanying materials are the exclusive property of Mans Greback AB. All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Mans Greback AB. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

All products are protected by the Satisfaction Guarantee, granting the customer the right to (1) access fixes and improvements and (2) replace the product with any equivalent until first public use. Refunds are always issued when an irremediable error is encountered, preventing successful installation on the customer’s PC.
